Preheat the oven to 165°C. Cream together the butter, and both sugars until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the dough until blended. Fold in the oats, walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
