Sauté the onion in the butter for 3-5 minutes. Add the broccoli and sauté a few more minutes, until it's not exactly soft, but getting a bit less crunchy.

Place the veggies in the bottom of the crust.

Mix the eggs, cream, milk, salt and pepper (be generous with the salt and pepper). Fill the crust, and top with the cheese.

Bake at 190°C for 30-40 minutes, until it looks good.

Serve with a green salad.
